Lauren from Shift Smart Logistics. What can I say? She was so helpful and compassionate. She explained everything, walked me through everything, coordinated with the company that shipped my dog to Texas and sent me pictures while the dog was at the airport. I was able to get on the same flight and meet my dog on the other side. I would certainly recommend Shift Smart Logistics. My only wish was that when the dog got to the Alabama, she wasn't allowed to pee until i collected her a good couple of hours after the flight landed. I know that is not Shift Smart Logistics fault, but it was upsetting as she was pretty desperate after probably being in the crate for at least 6 hours.

Amazing Service. I had a shipment that had to be overnighted and one of the other BIG services refused to take it because of dry ice being used. I found Shift Smart Logistics online. I explained my situation to Justin Peroli at 6:45 PM and he immediately called a driver to head my way while I started filling out the paperwork that he e-mailed me. Within 90 minutes, the driver was picking up the rush shipment. Delivery made it to the destination before the ETA. I have this company listed first in my contacts when I need to get a shipment out quickly. Justin and his team made it happen as advertised.
